Welcome to Fiancoria Holdings ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "you") and Fiancoria Holdings, governing your access to and use of our website, software platform, autonomous risk control tools, quantitative analytical indicators, and related digital asset data infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not accept all provisions set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

To access our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction.
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract.
  • You are not a resident of, or accessing services from, any jurisdiction where digital asset algorithmic tools, automated trading execution, or online financial technology are prohibited by law or subject to international trade sanctions.
  • All information submitted by you during registration or onboarding is truthful, accurate, and kept updated.

2. Nature of Platform Services

Fiancoria Holdings provides high-performance quantitative market monitoring, analytical computational models, and customizable algorithmic scripting utilities designed for digital assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and multi-asset pairs. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Fiancoria Holdings is a software technology provider and does not operate as an authorized bank, depository institution, asset custodian, or discretionary fund manager.
  • Nothing hosted on or communicated through the Platform constitutes bespoke investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
  • All trading algorithms, indicators, backtests, and automated order controls operate solely pursuant to the parameters, criteria, and execution credentials configured and authorized by you.
  • You retain sole discretion and total responsibility for all trading activity executed through third-party exchange application programming interfaces (APIs) connected to your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use advanced features of the Platform, you must establish an account. You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of your authentication credentials, passwords, two-factor authentication (2FA) tokens, and connected API secret keys. You agree to accept liability for any actions, executions, or modifications carried out through your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access or a potential breach of your account security, you must notify our technical support team immediately at [email protected].

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable United Kingdom, regional, or international laws, statutory instruments, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, front-running, or illegal automated order strategies on connected liquidity pools.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or exploit the proprietary code, logic models, machine-learning weights, or intellectual property of Fiancoria Holdings.
  • Introduce malicious software, scrapers, automated denial-of-service vectors, or automated bots not explicitly sanctioned by our developer interfaces.
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute platform access to third parties without prior express written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, domain names, user interface designs, mathematical calculations, source code, and design assets associated with Fiancoria Holdings are the exclusive property of the Company or its legitimate licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform strictly for internal, personal, or non-distributive business analytics.

6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Access to certain computational tiers and execution frequencies may require payment of subscription fees or platform licensing charges. All fee schedules are clearly communicated prior to activation. All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated under applicable statutory consumer rights or confirmed in writing by Fiancoria Holdings. We reserve the right to alter pricing schedules upon thirty (30) days notice.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Fiancoria Holdings disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous uptime, latency guarantees, or flawless execution of exchange orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fiancoria Holdings, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, capital depreciation, missed market trades, data loss, API connection dropouts, or platform downtime. Our aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Fiancoria Holdings in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of London, United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms.

10. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice in the event of any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing platform use and disconnecting your API credentials.
